Larger cabins and longer range cost more to operate, so the category you choose sets the starting point of a quote.
Flight time
Quotes build up from time in the air, so longer routes and any fuel stops add to the total.
Positioning and repositioning
If the aircraft is not based near your departure airport, the operator may price in an empty flight to reach you or to return home.
Overnight and crew fees
Multi-day trips can include crew hotel, meals and overnight costs while the aircraft waits for you.
Taxes and airport fees
Federal excise tax, airport, landing and FBO handling fees can appear on a quote. Ask for an all-in number.
Peak dates
